Child Safety Standards
Ballers, developed by Ball Dont Lie, Inc., is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.
Our Standards
Ballers strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Grooming — building a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Sextortion — threatening to share intimate images of a minor to coerce them
- Trafficking — recruiting, harboring, or transporting a child for sexual exploitation
- Any other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on Ballers that may involve CSAE, you can report it through the following channels:
- In-app reporting — use the report feature available on user profiles and content within the Ballers app to flag concerns directly to our team
- Email — contact us at safety@realballers.com with details of your concern
All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
Enforcement
When we obtain knowledge of CSAE content or behavior on our platform, we take immediate action in accordance with applicable law, including:
- Immediate removal of any identified CSAM or exploitative content
- Account termination for users who engage in or promote CSAE
- Reporting to authorities — we report identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law
- Preservation of evidence as required for legal proceedings
